The team is supervised by two professionals.
1- Saad Nusrullah
Legal and IP division is headed by Mr. Saad Nusrullah who is a chemical Engineer and a lawyer. Saad Nusrullah is currently working as an Intellectual Property (IP) attorney . He is a member of International Trademark Association (INTA), Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and Association of European Attorneys (AEA). He has been in IP consultancy for last 12 years. Saad has visited Bangladesh as World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a UN organization based in Geneva, speaker last summer for an IP training seminar arranged by WIPO, EU and Dhaka Chamber of Commerce. He is also working as a consultant of WIPO for IP training programs in Pakistan in 2011. Saad has been teaching IP in University Law College, University of the Punjab and Punjab Law College, Lahore since 2007. Before joining IP firm in 1999 Saad worked as a chemical engineer in Pakistan’s largest paper & board manufacturing industry- PACKAGES LIMITED which he joined in 1996. Saad has university degrees in chemical engineering and law. He has also done LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin Italy jointly offered by the WIPO and the University of Turin.
2- Mohsin Nusrullah
The Corporate division is supervised by Mr. Mohsin Nusrullah. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Pakistan since 2002. After qualifying Chartered Accountancy he worked in one of leading textile and cement manufacturing groups of Pakistan on senior management level in different departments like Finance, Accounts, internal Audit and ERP for more than eight years. After having sufficient experience of industry he joined public practice and since then serving with Chartered Accountants Firm Mohsin & Co together with Hamayuns Legal & IP Consultants. During his stay in industry he also handled major projects like corporate restructuring, tax planning, system reengineering, ERP implementation and deployment of internal control and costing systems for manufacturing companies. He is specialized in new and expansion feasibilities, new system of controls and system reengineering together with handling complex financial models. In addition to this he also supervised new projects from finance side like new textile units and waste heat recovery project. He also has sufficient experience to handle public private partnership agreement with Govt. authorities.
